This one was a very exciting situation. These two lovely ladies were apparently along the parade route during a NY Yankees World Series parade some years ago. They had a great time, with both of them eventually stripping naked. The thing around her neck is some sort of ceremonial thing that mayors wear when in office there. The story went that her and her husband snapped a few pictures that were not meant for public consumption.
