Buy a bunch of bikinis from random stores. Change them to disolving by using the water soluble thread and then return them ;)

They certainly do I the UK - so long as they are unused (pretty obvious if they have been used or not) just say she had been going on about needing one so you bought it but she had bought one the same day. Shouldn't be a problem.
