My wife and I have frequented several nudist resorts, and the women, all shapes and sizes, are very relaxed in the way they sit, lie down, et cetera, and everything is in plain sight. I would consider the setting there in the Amazon of such an aymosphere that everything the people do is considered regular, except for that placing of the heel tucked against the vulval opening. I've seen videos of those women bending over showing even their anuses. Just a thought.
