Yes. This is a screenshot from around 1999 or so from an English public pee/wetting fetish site. Domestically they were known as X-Streams but in America they were known as British Extreme. I started following them around late 2000 when I lived in Germany. The premise is that the main host, named "John Dare", would take girls around various spots in England (and occasionally locations in mainland Europe) and film them surreptitiously peeing in public. The standard approach was panty-wetting, which he would always manually check to see "how wet" the gusset of the girls' knickers were afterward, then comment "it's absolutely soaked!" (because why would it be in any other condition?). Of course, there were quite a few scenes filmed with naked vagina pee shots, but that wasn't all the time

Occasionally they would "meet random girls from off the street" who would partake in the festivities, but it should be obvious to anyone paying attention that any "random girl" they encountered after the primary starlet was introduced was a plant & it was all scripted. The only thing that was legit was that they were in public and a lot of the restaurants & businesses weren't in on the true nature of the filming. Every so often they would progress to more sexual content. Quite a few lesbian romps, at least one MFM threesome, a couple videos with two sisters that got a lot closer than sisters usually do, and more than a few HC sex scenes showing penetration. And of course this mother/daughter duo

The movie from which that image was taken was of a frequent collaborator of John's, a lady named Amy. The way it was presented was that, unbeknownst to John, Amy had brought her mother Sue along for the shoot. They then commenced with the standard fare: hanging around, talking, and occasionally the ladies would relieve themselves wherever they happened to be at the time, and John & his assistant would film the action. This particular scene is taken from the end of the video, after they'd brought their shenanigans through the Brent Cross Shopping Centre and RAF Museum London (on the grounds of the former Hendon Aerodrome). Believe it or not, I've actually located that video here, enjoy

Interesting to note that, while this is presented as the first time Amy & Sue appeared together in one of John Dare's videos, they actually made a couple more appearances. Of note was a 2-part excursion to a nude beach in Spain, where at one point the girls took turns standing over one another and peeing on each other. Later towards the end of the second video, the two ladies take turns blowing John to completion, and shortly after that a random Spanish guy approaches them and manages to feel up Amy while beating himself off all over her

Amy went on to host her own "pee fantasy" series of videos afterwards as well as more varied porn in general. This should cover all productions she appears in, should decide to go spelunking. Happy trails!
