I know they used to feature hanes her way high cut briefs back in the 90's but once they switched to the "hanes" waistband, it was just hipsters and bikinis. Fruit of the loom and jockey I've only ever seen high cut or French cut.

The one I know off the top of my head is the scene in Burn After Reading. Early in the movie, Frances McDormand is getting examined by a plastic surgeon, and there's a very quick closeup of her white Hanes waistband. It goes slightly up and down when the surgeon squeezes her belly.
It was only a couple seconds, but I caught it immediately as a teen watching the movie. This was before it was easy to find movie clips on YouTube at the time, so the next day I actually played the DVD on my computer so that I could take screenshots of it.
Because the scene isn't really about her underwear (it's just an incidental shot for a few seconds), I've always suspected that the Hanes panties Frances was wearing were actually her real panties that she wears in real life. It didn't seem like the kind of thing that would intentionally be part of a costume. That always turned me on a bit.
I would love to know if there are any other movies that have that. I've always been frustrated that most movie scenes with plain white panties never seem to have anything on the waistband.
The scene's on YouTube, but OCC won't let me share links. If you search "Burn After Reading plastic surgeon" it should come up.
