There are Ernie Kovacs episodes on tubitv.com. I've read there are skits where

-A woman catches her dress in a door and rips off (it may be the same one you're looking for)
-A girl loses her outfit to a vacuum cleaner
-The musical guest legitimately rips her dress during her segment, and becomes a laughingstock

So there might be some keepers in there...I've been meaning to go through them at some point.

i heard about an Ernie Kovacs sketch where a ballerina comes out on stage and when she bends forward a huge ripping noise is heard and then she backs off the stage very embarrassed.............

Here's a funny and sexy ad parody from the 1982 sketch comedy show O.T.T. (Over the Top).

The two guys are wondering if "she is or if she isn't" as the girl walks towards them. It turns out they are talking about her panties. When her skirt gets hooked on a tree branch they discover "she isn't" and they chase after her.

In the second round they are still wondering, but this time "she is." However, they aren't and chase after her again.

Old TV commercial dress ripped off by elevator
 

I came across this description of an old EUF TV commercial (from the 1970's?) the other day:

"Another great sexy scene is from a TV commerical around the same era as that MI show.It was for a deoderant ,I beleive.A beautiful girl is taking her son to a ad agency to start doing TV commericals .She is holding him by the hand as they ride up in a elevator.She is a beautiful burnette wearing a short red dress.When they reach the floor they want they start to get out of the elevator and the boy stops and says something to the mother about him being scared.The mother bends over to reassure her son and the elevator door closes on the hem of her dress without her realizing it.The elevator goes higher and her dress is quickly ripped off her and through the elevator door.She is now wearing a short sexy slip and she looks really great .The people who witness this as they are in a crowded corridor all start to laugh at her as she tries to cover herself up with her hands .But she has no place to run and no place to hide."

I heard of this unicorn once before but don't remember seeing it when I was a kid. Does anybody know if video of this commercial still exists?
