hey guys I found the anime Bastard! both 1993 OVA version and very recent 2022 version.
1993 version is uncensored whereas 2022 version improved the animation and added more episodes
they just censored the scenes.

question still remains why?

enjoy the sc from girls bravo season 2.

I am looking for an anime, cant remember the name.
all I remember is a scene and the anime name maybe started with letter Y.

scene was like a female bodyguard was held by a thief from behind inside a train.
the thief later started cutting her sarashi(bandages worn on upper body) with knife. the girl managed to escape
the from him and fight him topless.
