Yes, although very cold in UK at present, there are still a lot of mini skirts about, but tight ones and always over leggings or tights and not many sheer tights.

A lot of girls are wearing opaque black leggings/tights and no skirts, maybe a loose top/cardigan that just about reaches their bum, but you get a full on view of the lower half.

Of course some shapes shouldn't wear them, but they do as it's trendy.

How crazy is it that I think Chinese women can pull off wearing skirts better than any other countries women? You prove that every time.

completely agree with you, its almost ridiculous how hot so many of these women look in a skirt. I think its probably because many of them take really good care of their bodies and they seem to have great legs by nature almost :rolleyes:
