You see this a lot in these kind of pics (CFNF, CMNF). The good news is that reverse image searches make it fairly easy to track down the original photo. Tineye is pretty poor for NSFW photos, but google reverse image search works great if you have safesearch turned off. Just go to the image search, then click on the camera in the search box. Then choose to upload an image, and check the results.
