I've seen this question and the responses of what to download, such as Adobe Photoshop, but not how to actually stitch a collage together. So to help out rickandsuzy, here are some picture instructions of how I do it using Windows, with some collages included (as this is a Clothed/Unclothed thread, after all).

No 1: Go to your photo folder, hover your arrow over the profile pic you wish to have as your starter photo (ie, your clothed pic of your lady) and right click with your mouse. When the list of choices appear in the rectangle that pops up, select "Edit."

No 2: Your profile photo will appear in another window as shown in Photo 2. Now drag that small square thing on the side of your photo (circled in pic) across so you have space to add your naked photo(s) of your lovely lady find (as demonstrated in the photo here). Then go to "Paste" in the top left hand side of the window above your photo, click it and when "Paste from" appears, click that.

No 3: On clicking "Paste From", your photo folder should appear, where you can then take your pick on which naked profile you wish to include for your collage. Just click on your pick, then go down to "Open" and click on that. (You may notice that my choice here is a find of combatchuck's that I was planning on collaging later, so hope you don't mind, chuck!).

No 4: Your naked pic will now of popped up in your window with your clothed profile. Just drag the photo along so it is side by side with the clothed pic, then use "Select" (that square thing above the photo) to select what you want in your collage and to tidy it up, then right click with your mouse inside the collage and select "Crop."

No 5: And Bingo! Your collage is finished. Now just go to that red box on the top right (shown in photo 5), click on that, and it will come up with "Do you want to save changes to (photo name)?" Just click "Yes" and you are sorted. Hope this helps, rickandsuzy.
