Cobblers

This Sunday 1st March is the third annual Sydney skinny dippers event. Starting at 09:00 at Cobblers beach, so come one come all, it doesn't matter what shape your in, just get your gear off.
Hope someone can get some decent photo's this year. Look foward to seeing you.

I was at Cobblers this morning. It was lovely. I sat near a beautiful brunette with lovely medium sized breats and a lovely shaved pussy. she wasnt shy about opening her legs wihile she was sunbathing. I should've talked to her ...

there was a tourist couple there too, french i think. the lady looked attractive but she was fairly shy. and sitting a lot further away

What I would give to see more...!

I hope some of the fine ladies will decide to stay at Cobblers after the official event is over ... :-)

Maybe you should head out and get a camera pen...

Amazing

Sydney skinny was the best ever. Amazing. Over 1000 people and about 650 female and at least 300 young beautiful pussy. Heavy security though patrolling a no pics policy - which is probably why there were so many girls. Unlike most nude events where chicks are in the minority, the SS either attracts pairs or groups of girls, couples with single men in the minority. It is a visual festival like no other. The party wave at the end was particularly special - a naked dance party in the water with loads of water toys. So much fun!!

Pics are hard to come by due to the intense security. Just so everyone knows -
in terms of achive pics -sarongs in 2013 were blue, in 2014 were orange and 2015 deep green. This helps distinguishing pics that are posted from on-line

Perth Skinny Dip

Well it's time to make the 4,000 klm treck across the continent to Perth. It's on tomorrow, 8th March at South Beach Freemantle and they are hoping for 1,000 plus to get their gear off, and knowing a bit about the weather in Perth they can expect very warm conditions which should attract a very good crowd. Freo council have allowed organisers to book the whole beach for privacy. Lets hope we get some pictures of what should be a great day.

As expected, very few pic's from the Perth event. Which is a pity because they had a fair sort of roll out of about 800. here's all I could find.

I'm flabbergasted !

I am struggling to believe that the third Sydney Skinny (2015) can pass off with only seven small (and SFW !) pictures getting out !

They are all in the Australian Daily Telegraph on line (and all included in post 413 above).

I can't find any on Flickr either.

Can it really be true that NOBODY took personal pics and then shared them ? Nobody at all !?!?

Sadly, the beach is very protected with bush on all sides and only 2 ways to get in. On the day of the Sydney Skinny, security guards are posted to prevent people from entering other than the race participants. Media are allowed entry, but only in the first two waves. So in order to get your own pics, you need to be a participant, and its hard to conceal a camera while youre butt naked, there is very little time to hang around on the beach before and after you swim, once it is over, you move back up the hill and the next group is escorted down by the organisers. It is very well controlled so there is not much opportunity to get photos.

Thanks.

I do understand that, but I've seen a lot more pictures from the previous two years. I was wondering if they had introduced an actual ban on participants taking their own cameras and photos.

Even if they had, in previous years I'm pretty sure that the "professional" shots made available were quite a bit bigger/better (and slightly more revealing too !).

There are pics available from Sydney Skinny. You just need to know where to find them

And that would be ... ?

The Sydney Skinny web site has a photo gallery ... but only for 2013 and 2014 (and then only small photos).

Maybe I'm doing it all wrong (and I'm no expert on social media) but I can only find a handful of small (NN) pics via this route.

And, AIUI, if these sites had been a source of decent quality full-size pics then people would have reposted them here surely ?

kynes98 04-22-2015 01:26 AM

Cobblers ? Birdie ? or Werrong beach ?

which is better ?

more people at Cobblers, but more opportunity for play time at the other two beaches ?

kynes98 05-04-2015 08:41 PM

this thread has gone very quiet ....

so much rain in Sydney lately - not much good for nude beaching

Why didn't you get any then?

I know that there are loads from this summer. I know someone who has collected hundreds of cobblers beach pics from his boat and they are stored on a private flickr account. They probably wont be made public for another 6 months (for legal reasons)

wow ! wish i could see them.

the vast majority of us dont have the combination of a boat and a high zoom camera lens to get photos like that ...

'Legal reasons'? If someone was under age when pics taken, will STILL be illegal to post, any time after..

Thats not the reason I am sure they do not contain under age people. In NSW it is illegal to take photos of a persons genitals without their permission. The offence has a statute of limitations of 6 months, meaning that there can be no prosecution after that period of time runs out.

There's no reason to assume that age is the legal reason, since it doesn't generally fix itself after 6 months.

Let's not rush to judgment.

If this is the "legal reason", it is an interesting loophole ... if the only crime (in NSW) is in taking the photos, but there is no crime in publishing them?

Would any claim for civil damages be also affected by the same statute of limitation?

6 months sounds like a very short time for a statute of limitation which seems to makes such a law ineffective.

But then, I am NOT a lawyer - so this is just me thinking aloud and not necessarily expecting an answer.

Nude Beaches

10 Attachment(s)
I have just spent a fair bit of time searching this subject. I found a heap from Bondi, topless only and watermarked. I found the full set of Lara Bingle...God bless her, but she is beautiful, on the rocks at Bondi, hell she is beautiful even though she's got no brains. And i also found one from Cable Beach in Broome. Now if anyone goes there it is just so easy to get good shots. You have the protection of the dune behind the beach or just sit in your car. But if you come from the East coast like me, you have a 5 hour flight to Perth then another 3 hours to Broome, but once seen it should be on every nudists bucket list. Ok, so here is what I found, not much.

It is a short time indeed, but that is the statute for a 'summary' offence in NSW, that is, an offence punishable by a only a maximum of 2 years prison. You are correct that publishing the photos would not be an offence, but that may be enough to alert the authorities that they were taken and give them time to investigate and take action. Unlikely that that would be the case, because you are right, it is an ineffective law. But I can understand someone wanting to play it safe anyway
