A nice set of the Los Angeles ride just went up. From the rest of his stream it looks like the user is one of those "naked guys" who like posting pics of themselves naked alongside clothed women. Here, in this gallery he has the courtesy to stay out of most of the photos. Some real cuties here.

It is indeed a shame about Chicago pics not showing up more often. Other than London, they have had the largest rides and most of the girls in them are all smoking hot! The thing I loved the most is that the same group of hot girls attended year after year! Coccozella had a ton of photos from past rides (including body painting pre-parties). One of the best 5-day trial memberships I've signed up for! LOL

But other than the UK rides I find it really tough to find pics from any major cities which is a shame. Toronto this year seems to be well represented online which is great but it's too bad that the ride seems to be heading in a different direction... the same group of nudists show up every year and most of the pictures easily found online are of naked men. Nice to see lots of pictures of the few women who attended this year though. But I wish more girls would turn out ;) The last Toronto ride where a bunch of young women showed up was 2008 but pictures are hard really hard to come by.

I've got some for you Tom... I had the same thought as you when I first saw her!

Portland is actually the biggest by far, but sadly too few photos. Klondike has mentioned previously that the riders are somewhat hostile to non-riding photographers.

"Barclay Girl" Joins Ride
 

I was stood in the crowd near the start of the ride as they emerged from Hyde Park. The young lady on a "Boris Bike" showed up a little late and had difficulty getting through the crowd to join the othe riders. She shouted out "if I take all my clothes off, will you let me through?". There was a broad consensus that this was an acceptable exchange. She duly stripped and joined the ride. Here are some images of this episode. Hope they're OK.

Just a couple of original shots from me to start, from the 'chilly' Friday evening ride (14C with showers) in Southampton.


Despite the weather, we had a similar number of riders to previous years with about 100-120 in total. Of that, I counted about 8-9 fully nude females, if you include the full breasted young lady here who wore a home made floral 'pussy patch', which she was convinced she would lose in the first few minutes......alas, it lasted the whole ride:mad: Plenty more shots to come, but I am off to the beach to warm up!;)

And if anyone comes across what they think may be this girl from the Montreal ride in their searches please post more. I'm intrigued. She didn't pose in the group photo but probably rode in the event given what she's wearing. (credit goes to Flicker user LapriZ for all the Montreal pics).

The London 2011 event was first WNBR event I’ve witnessed. Fantastic – I think I may ride it next year, as my overriding impression was just how much fun everyone on a bike was having. Given the weather forecast a couple of days earlier, it was a remarkably pleasant temperature, mostly sunshine.
I learnt a lot about where to stand – and unfortunately where not to stand, to get good shots. Still trying to work out if it’s possible to be at the start, the finish and two other locations (e.g. the bridge crossings) in order to get maximum number of shots. Would welcome anybody else’s experience on this matter. The riders took a lot longer to get around than I’d expected so this gives me hope that it is possible to catch them at a number of different locations in future years.

At the end I stood by Buckingham Palace and tried a bit of video, which I’ll post soon. In the meantime, here are a few captures of an entertaining incident where three brave riders attempted nude shots outside of the Palace gates. The policeman on guard obviously told them to go away – so not sure if they managed to get any shots in (I do hope so). Anyway, I managed to capture some of this. Well done to the three of them – very brave.

BTW, 11th June is the Queen’s ‘official birthday’ so there had been major ceremonials earlier in the day, hence all the flags. I wonder if Her Majesty got a glimpse of the WNBR from the Palace?

I didn't get back to the end until about 10 mins after the finish. Most riders had quickly dressed and left by then, but a few lingered and enjoyed the atmosphere. Sure I've seen this lady in previous years. Think she goes under the name of 'Godiva'.

Great work, looker81. I love the looks on the faces of the clothed girls in the background in post #337, especially the Asian girls, and most particularly the dark, Indian-looking girl just behind the Asian girl in the light turquoise shirt. She's embarrassed but also somewhat enjoying the 'naughtiness' of it all.

Here is a video clip from in front of Buckingham Palace (see earlier screen caps), showing the riders after they’d cycled up The Mall and as they started to come up Constitution Hill towards the finish at Wellington Arch. I was struck by just how much fun everyone seemed to be having. It includes at the end the episode of three riders posing briefly in front of Buckingham Palace. The asterisks are for oron dot com You should be able to download it for free - you may need to wait a minuite or so.

It’s a big file I’m afraid (220 Mb), totally unedited and a little shaky at times but it is in High Definition. As with many recent Sony and Panasonic HD camcorders, the file format is AVCHD with a file extension of .MTS. I do not think it will play in Windows Media Player but it should play in VLC Media Player. If you haven’t got an appropriate player, the one I would recommend you download for free is called Splash Lite. You can download this from

It’s not too big a programme (13 Mb) and seems to deal with AVCHD files just fine.
