I just remembered, there is the game Watch Dogs, which has quite a bit ENF mostly due to tracking down a white slavery ring. Many of the girls are being displayed and bid on by rich men. Yeah, it's in the creepy territory, but ENF is ENF. Also, you can hack into webcams and other security systems and a couple of them include nudity, so you also get your voyeurism as well.

So after looking into leisure suit larry i am interested if any other games have that kind of setting or moments. I mean i guess i am just thinking of any games with nudity or implied nudity.

The only games that come to mind are like paper mario the thousand year door with Peach being an invisible streaker.

Don't know about Witcher 3, but Witcher 2 had a LOT of nudity and sex, so I'm wouldn't be surprised. Since a lot of it is rather willing sex for women you seduce or pay for, there is little ENF except for one scene. Depending on the choices you make, you could end up saving the Baroness who is going to be tortured for her confession while you are trying to escape the dungeon in the first part of the story. After being freed, she quickly covers up.

This is with a mod though, right? In PS4 there is only nudity during the sex scenes. Or did the PC version have nudity in all these scenes?

Vanilla wise, yes its normally just during sex scenes, Ciri normally has bandages on during the bath scene. I believe these nude models are actually in the game, just not used. The PC mod just makes it use those models instead. So the mod isn't someone just adding their own version of nudity (like in skyrim or fallout).

that conan: exiles game has full nudity in it -- i can't imagine mods wont eventually include something enf related... if it's not kinda built into the regular game
