Interesting. I'd have still came if they had half the bands and a boob fest between each act like they did the year Chevelle's audio malfunctioned. lol!

Not really.
At most US-festivals girls are not even allowed to sit on someones shoulder anymore, so flashing became basically impossible. The rare exceptions are mostly artist driven like Tech N9ne at Sonic Temple last year or Motley Crue during their tour.
In europe there was a lot of flashing at NovaRock in 2023 but it wasn't allowed in 2024 anymore.
Otherwise it's pretty much drought out, with the only exception being Steel Panther whenever they play Hellfest or Graspop.
