Here's some more, from Tennen kakatuo Chichiro-chan fight #10, I believe...

I assume it is included in volume 2 of Tennen Kakutou Shoujo Chihiro-Chan, which was just released in Japan. This is from fight #7, while volume 1 covers fights 1-6. CF5X3 was mistaken when he said that these came from fight #4, but it does feature the same antagonist (the woman with the whip) returning to seek revenge on our heroine.

I found it on a site called yesmanga.net, which, unfortunately doesn't have all of them. I'm bummed we haven't even seen scanlations of the sixth episode over here yet, let alone all the stories in volume 2.

Thanks for the info either way, great to see more from this series since I was kinda worried it was going to end without another volume.

By the way, Enflover actually bought and scanned ch 6 for everyone himself, actually.

The site I was using (mangaupdates.com) said that only the first volume was out. I did not know that it was un-updated information.

It's from a manga called tennen kakutou shoujo chihiro-chan, or 天然格闘少女 ちひろちゃん as it's known in Japan. There's English scanlations out there of the first five episodes or so, and another 6 or 7 episodes in Japanese out there, but so far as I know nobody's found all of them online yet.
