What do you think about voyeur videos from certain thermal baths?
I think they are only from 1-2 terms?? From which? Not so old......

How is it possible that someone keeps a camera under a towel with a very good resolution?

Also, especially, there are only pictures from some very famous thermal baths.

But don't post videos or recordings. Maybe they could have legal problems even though they are on the internet.

Just your comment.
What do you think about that?

Posting pics or vids from sauna centers is indeed an invasion of privacy. Cause you're not in a public place.
Nude beaches are a different story, cause in public.

That being said, beneath is a link to a Dutch short movie about a boy going to the sauna with his parents for the 1st time. It paints a pretty realistic image what actually goes on in a public sauna.

Which sauna would you advice in central munich? Has M. got a good crowd? Trip to TE is perhaps too expensive and out of question

If I were travelling to Munich, I would go to Erding. You wouldn't only go to a Pub if the Oktoberfest was running, or?

Well I will be with my wife and we only will have two days and ofc she wants to visit the city...cant justify spending 1 entire day to reach a sauna when we have just two...

Question as I have no idea. What is Sweden like in terms of saunas. I ask as my wife may be going there and wishes to visit a sauna when she's there. Will she need to be naked? And will it be mixed sex?

Erding is near the airport, so if you are flying in then stopping at Erding on your way to Munich would be justified. Especially if you are flying in on a red-eye as you can nap at the spa. Technically Erding isn't "on the way" to Munich but 1) it's just a 15 minute taxi from the airport 2) you'll be no further away than you were when at the Airport and 3) in my experience women can't read maps.

Good luck

Thanks for the advice.

What about V. in Berlin? I read it is mandatory to wear a robe to walk around the facility. Does this make for a worse experience than TE or other centers? Is this actually enforced? Thanks

Swedish saunas are generally nude and gender segregated. Sometimes there will be one sauna in the complex that is mixed, and that will also be nude. It's also quite common for them to have one day a week or one per month which is totally mixed, and still nude.

Where in Sweden will you be?

The rules of both state that it is mandatory.
How real is it, that could only be said by the visitors themselves?

I think the Germans have decided since 2017 that a robe or towel is mandatory.
They probably wanted to make a difference between a "nudist center" and a sauna.
