In my experience, there is certainly a trend of women going braless in public. As a long-term voyeur and lover of tits of all sizes, nobody could be happier than me !!

There are two camps. The more conservative camp where bras are normal, but MOST are not wearing bras in the GenZ and younger Millennials anymore.

I have a daughter who is now 18, so I can talk about her here when applicable, and she and her friends haven't worn bras since...ever? It's an eyeful at first, but I am so used to it by now. They are super confident, for sure. Even my wife has jumped on board again (my wife was braless from college until 32, then she wore bras from 32-42, and now she's not wearing them much anymore). My wife's mother hasn't worn a bra a single day in her life. She's 75 and still has perky C cups like a 25yo, too!

When we were on a trip to California, I think we saw 1 bra being worn for every 50-60 women.

My wife pretty much never wears a bra, and she has "pokie" nips. She does not care if they stick out and are visible through her shirt.

I can confirm it’s generational. My wife goes braless at home all the time and says she would for comfort elsewhere but she’s well endowed and it’s very obvious. My friends younger sister is 22 and she has sort of worked her way into our friends circle despite being over a decade younger than all of us. She never wears a bra. No complaints seeing her nips constantly and her nice b cup boob movement as she moves about at gatherings. Love it when she brings her friends along.

The other recent trend is for girls to wear shorts that show off the bottom inch or so of their butt cheeks. Catching a glimpse of that drives me wild.

Not to mention the standard bathing suit bottom, or even one piece, now shows off most of a girl’s ass. It’s a great time to be at the beach these days.

What part of California where you in? I am in the northern part of California and I am seeing the opposite. Today I went to the mall and after seeing this conversation was trying to keep count in my head. I would say it was less than one in every 50-60 or probably more was not wearing a bra. I saw maybe half a dozen.

LA, Long Beach, Anaheim, and surrounding areas. Probably a completely different world than northern CA. The state is so big and covers a few geographical areas.

Ther have been a few articles in the media saying that during the pandemic, women working from home got used to the freedom of being braless and have decided that they could go for good, or they would be wearing thinner softer 'bralets' for comfort.

Common sense prevails here and I think everyone got caught up the the wonderbra campaign in the 90's and the fashion industry made a killing.

Indeed true. My wife also prefers a bralette over a bra.
They may not have as much support or pressing the breasts together (or up in case of a push-up), but they are much more comfortable to wear. And best of all, most of her bralettes are pretty thin and most with (see-through) lace ... very sexy with nipples always poking.

The story chronicles some nude student initiation shenanigans, in particular a clothesline event and some later naked showering.

I’ll recap the most relevant part of the story. We had done a nightly run with several stations involving various stuff usually involving drinking or just silly stuff, and a longest clothesline contest. The twist was that we were all painted blue because we were supposed to be smurfs.
Afterwards two hot girls decided to shower with the door open, the stalls didn’t even have any curtains and they were laughing and chatting with each other and everyone else nearby, not shy at all.

Both were really cute, big tits and bushes on display (nobody shaved back then). This particular girl I got to know better later on, through various student activities, and also saw her naked and topless at other occasions.

Today I had to take a course for work, we were probably about a hundred people attending, all in the same field of work and most of us know each other at least peripherally. One of the teachers was the same girl, now 25 years later she’s still good looking.

We were in an auditorium, so she was lecturing in front of all of us, and I know at least one of the other attendees has probably also seen her naked back in the days as he was part of some of the same student activities as us.

I got a kick out of watching her standing there, knowing that I had once seen her showering and walking around naked in front of a bunch of people.
