I read one interview of her about the six-hour tattoo process where she said that while the makeup artists that apply the tattoos are female, there is one particularly complex tattoo sheet that is applied to her lower torso that the male tattoo artist who creates the tattoo sheets has to apply personally himself. He has certainly created a sinecure for himself. <g>

She doesn't seem particularly uninhibited, so it would have been the network requiring the pasties, not her. She showed up for one of the Thor sequels (she is a star in the franchise) in a cutaway dress - commando style. Hopefully, this attachment shows up.
