It's a fake. First of all, big two would not approve any nudity in their comics - not even ass shots. Naughty bits would be covered by speech balloons or shadows during editing process. Aside from that, if you look at Power Girl's feet, you can see that she has no toes and they look more like shoes than bare feet. Some artists are lazy and do that sort of thing, but this looks like Amanda Conner's artwork, and she would not cut corers like that. Based on that, you can tell that on this image Power Girl used to wear a costume, but someone edited it.

These are a few choice animations/drawings from my Deviantart account. This first animation I made for a logo for a group on Deviantart. The last one is a fan art animation based off line art from Hackman23, but the lines, coloring, and animation are my own.

So does anybody know the name of this comic?

I know I bought a small booklet with a collection of the comic where these pictures come from, but I have misplaced it and can't remember the title. I only remember the title was the name of the central character, but as a silent comic the cover was the only place you could find it.

I know I haven't thrown it away, but have no idea where could it be.

First five images are from Issue #4 of Ekho and remaining four from previews of next book. Tome #5 will come out late this month, and based on previews it will have good amount of nudity. I'll post pages from it as soon as I get it.
