Yes, agree, it is a fake.
The first is the original photo. The second is it flipped. The faker then rotated it a little and spliced it in through the hair, earring and neck. I imagine her hand with ring was added in a similar way too. It is unfortunate that it is now in hundreds of places on the net.

she might be from russia, if you put this picture in google you will find some pictures hosted on a russian web page. Actually there are plenty and I think it is the same lady, unfortunately only small ones with low resolution.
