Basically, the protagonist is transported to an alternate reality where his fetish of Hadaka Apron (naked apron) comes true. Girls are naked except for their aprons.

The one with the girl in the blue hat is from a video game for Turbo Duo, I don´t remember the name but it was a predecessor to Guren and Asgaldh (an erotic RPG where your enemies are girls and end up naked after you win the battle).
