The Snipping tool in Win7 works fine. View the largest size on the site and then just snip and save as a jpg.

You'll notice all the references on this thread to so-and-so's wedding or party. Portable ones are getting to be popular as entertainment at wedding receptions and parties and as revenue enhancers for wedding photogs. People drink at weddings and parties, hence the skin. Notice all the alcohol involved facial expressions.
