My ex, who ironically is her birthday today, had inverted unformed nipples. They never reached like a peak. She had zero feeling in them as well. When I would suck on them it did nothing for her. I felt bad for her because she had great boobs just lousy nipples. I would venture to guess she wasn't able to breastfeed either.
