The bottom one committed a misdemeanor. As punishment, she had to put inscriptions on herself and walk like that for 3 days. The inscriptions changed every day. Walking around the house naked, into the city with inscriptions under her clothes. And to voice several times during the day the reason for the punishment, the essence of her offense and who she is when she does so.
