I know you can go topless in new york city and in zilker park in Austin Texas. (few do) Oh yea south beach miami allows topless tho its not legal no one gets in trouble.

where else? in US? In Europe? etc

I know it's legal to go topless in Ontario, Canada. But it's been known that very few women actual do it. A lot of Naked News stuff is filmed there as all the reporters interview people on the streets while topless. I had a subscription to the site some time ago and while there were plenty of topless reporters I never saw them come across another topless chick.

In many places in Vermont, you can be completely naked in public. It depends on whether they have a local ordinance or not. Brattleboro, Vermont does not, and some teenagers spent a summer walking around naked.

I remember when I lived in Ohio, women had recently won the right to be topless in public. I did see one hippie on campus walking around topless once. Quite remarkable.
