Loving these videos but any idea why some of the scenes repeat multiple times? It's just doubling the file size when instead you could just replay the video file.

I think they were originally edited down to be watched on a DVD and the scenes were repeated because many are very short - blink and you'll miss them. I take the point about the file sizes and the ease of replaying files on a computer. I am happy to removed any scenes that repeat to make shorter files if it helps.

Anyone else have any views on this?

I remember some of these being on men and motors and they were broadcast that way from memory. I’m old now.

Oh don't go to the trouble to edit them if that is the case. I just thought perhaps you were editing them that way when it isn't needed. But if that is what the original files are like it's fine.

Yeah, these are god-awful edits. May buy editing software just to undo the injustice.

I don't disagree with you about the editing.The original clips that were broadcast were often cut up very fast. Shots of specific girls being inter cut with others in a jarring fashion. The DVDs these were taken from had the credits and interviews removed - in fact everything but the real action was removed. Also several short shots of specific girls were re-edited together in one sequence which I prefer. However all this makes a real mess of the sound, which I usually turn off.

I can easily delete the repeats of the same clips in each sequence - that will make the file sizes shorter. This stuff will never be perfect but it's pretty rare and decent quality. More to follow I hope...
