FWIW, I agree with everyone else, be supportive. But here's my $0.02.

My wife had double radical mastectomies about fifteen years ago due to breast cancer. She's got fake boobs now and I supported her decision to go down to a C from a D cup. Her boobs are as firm as a teenager's, but they really don't feel the same. I far preferred the originals.

Seems many are against boob augmentation. Just like some don't care for bushes. I know I was against 'fake' boobs, until my wife went through chemo and her C's pancaked down to maybe A's. I was then on board for her sake, and her confidence sky-rocketed afterwards. If you have a good enough doc doing the job, they can turn out great, as I found out. Nothing will change my mind on bushes though, lol. Can't see why some prefer the goodness hidden behind hair.

Cancer relateted repair, boobs......are a completely different animal then, boob jobs for looks.....
