I searched and found a couple of old threads but instead of bumping post's from last year I thought I would start a new one. I have some nice shots to start and hope some of you have more to add.

A few of those look like the DC Chili cook off. I've been a few times and it's a decent place to see flashers.
One year I was there a girl was flashing so much that people started throwing stuff at her. I guess it was too much of a good thing. |
