I think the girl in that comic is Nanako-san. I don't recognize that particular comic so maybe it hasn't been translated. Plenty of translated Nanako-san if you look in the usual hentai spots. Most involve some form of ENF or accidental nudity, tho I remember at least one that didn't have any involving a ghost story.

The ones I remember were narrated by a (male) classmate who always somehow ended up witnessing her misfortunes.

I always liked Nanako-san stories. Sometimes you get the impression that she's more embarrassed at her clumsiness that led to her naked predicament than because of the nudity itself. Also, the stories are very vanilla which is more to my taste.
