Dummy upskirt
 

Any of you smart people out there with total-porn-film-recall remember this 70s(?) film? A naive young man working in a ladies shop has to go into a storeroom full of dressed dummies, and lift up the skirt of each one, looking for one with a particular label or something.

Needless to say perhaps, after about 10 failed attempts, he lifts up the skirt of one of the pretty young assistants and he settles for that one! I'd love to see it again, but forgot the title!

Heads up: Vintage Danny Thomas Show
 

On 5-1-17 on FETV, channel 86 on DISH, the episode Danny and the Actor's School is scheduled to air. This is the episode that has Danny's wife, Marjorie Lord, verbally jousting with some snotty students of the school. She makes a couple aggressive moves towards one of the female students with Danny restraining her with his hands on her waist. On one such lunge, she pulls free of Danny leaving him holding her skirt in his hands. She has no idea she's standing in her slip until the student points it out to her. Humiliated she exits in haste. Personally, I never liked Marjorie Lord and enjoy seeing her get a comeuppance. I do not have the capability to capture this and post for all. Perhaps someone can do this?

The Adventures of Robin Hood-- TV Show
 

Here's an odd find--

There was a British TV show starring Richard Greene titled "The Adventures of Robin Hood".

It was on the air from 1955-1960 for 5 seasons and also syndicated in America.

In season 3, a new actress, Patrica Driscoll, took over the part of "Maid Marion" and what's interesting is that when she would visit Robin and his men in Sherwood Forest she would wear a "woodland" outfit that consisted of tights and a shirt/doublet.

The shirt was rather short and surprisingly, Ms. Driscoll was showing a lot of leg for a Brit TV show produced in the late 1950's.

In some cases, her shirt was so short her nyloned ass was hanging out.

What's also interesting is that the actress is plainly uncomfortable with her costume. Several times in several episodes you can see her trying to tug her shirt down in an attempt to make it longer. It's subtle but noticeable. It usually happens when she stand up or leans over over-- you see her hand behind her tugging on the material to bring it down.

Anyway, here are some episodes of note-- they are easy to find on YouTube:

Season 3 Episode 36: "Women's War" about the 6:45 mark
Season 4 Episode 25 "Double Trouble" about the 4:10 mark
Season 4 Episode 17 "Parting Guest" about the 17:00 minute mark
Season 3 Episode 11 "The Bride of Robin Hood" around the 4:20 mark (not Patrica Driscoll but a guest star)

Loved seeing this again after so many years, and certainly great nostalgia appeal. And Le Driscoll looked stunning - but I didn't see much evidence of her looking embarrassed or trying to adjust herself. She seemed perfectly at home in the ultra micro "dress!"

Check out episode 23 "The Pharaoh Stones" around the 10:23 mark.

Look at her hands-- several times she pulls at her costume.

Likewise, in Season 3's "Women's War" at the 7:00 minute mark look at her hand behind her, holding the shirt down as she does her mock curtsey.

And there are other examples scattered around the episodes-- its not obvious but if you look at times you notice it. Its subtle-- she tends to put her hand behind her back and there's a little tug.

But anyway, I agree that Patrica Driscoll does look fetching in the outfit!
