For anyone wanting to get some slightly perverted videos I recomend trying to find some "fansubs" or fan subtitled videos. You can get ALOT of stuff through bittorrent these days.

Elfen Lied - VERY violent, but has a good scene in the first ep where this girl is washed up on a beach naked and is found by a boy and his cousin. Theres once again ALOT OF VIOLENT stuff in this, and some people would find it disturbing. But overall its a show people are loving now, and if you wont be offended by it feel free to look for it.
Ultimate Girls - very very new, only 3 eps out now. Basicly about a super hero loke ultraman who end up having to pass his powers on to a girl to fight giant monsters and defend the city :p She grow really big to fight the monsters, and the nice thing is her clothes start getting holes that expand as she loses power... so shes basicly huge, everyone watching her, and ending up naked in front of the whole city. Another fun thing is that after transforming she bascily loses what she was wearing because of the transformation, so she has to get naked before she changes or end up with nothing to wear after :D
Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi - This show is just wacked up comedy, I cant really say much about it aside from it has a huge amount of fanservice from the female leads, one of which is in a dress most of the time and always missing her panties :p
Grenadier - A story about a woman who spreads love and peace with her gun... and her boobies! lol Its not the best story of the year, but its a fun watch. She likes hot springs, and she dosent care whos around when she bathes. Some high points are, her getting attacked while in a bathhouse and ending up having a interesting fightscene with nothing more than a small towel to hold in front of her, her panties accidently getting shot off when she was in a fight, and in the very first ep having to hide someone in front of her squeezeing him into her breasts while shes nude in the bath
Mai-Hime - New series, alot of people like it, but I havent gotten much of it yet because its edited for TV. I do know that in one ep that a character forgets to put on her panties, and due to a breeze a boy sees whats under her skirt
Girls Bravo - Another series I have not gotten yet because it was edited massively due to TV rules. There was a huge ammount of ENF stuff in it, it was known for the male lead always screwing up and seeing the other character naked for some reason or another.
Some suggestions for stuff thats licenced, you can buy/rent it in america (or download it illegaly, but dont do that!);
Those who hunt Elves - bunch of people going around in another dimension trying to find parts of the spell to get them home... But the spell is tattooed on random elves (just girls with pointy ears) and they have to stip'em to find the tattoos!
Miyuki-chan in wonderland - Imagine of Alice's wonderland was filled with a bunch of women that wanted to get in her pants... Loved the end of ep2
Love Hina - The comic is more S&H than the cartoon. Lots of misplaced hands, lost towels and naked misunderstandings.
Amazing Nurse Nanako- *boing boing* A maid for a scientist is subjected to humiliation after humiliation by a cold hearted asshole... But its pretty entertaining to watch her squirm and try to hide her nakedness :p
Hanaukyo Maid Division - haven't seen most of this, but basically its more male humilation at female nakedness than anything else... And there's A LOT of female nakedness :)
Mahoromatic - a 13 episode series that has bath scenes and such, but also in a few episodes has some good S&H stuff. Like in one episode the characters go to the beach and while putting on a swimsuit in a mall, a girl is walked in on while half naked. Then latter there is a giant crab-bot that goes around and strips girls naked on the beach : ) Its fun to see a bunch of girls running away across a beach naked having to show themselves in all their tanlined nakedness. LOL, I love this show. Also there is a comic based on the same show where right in the opening chapter a couple of thugs hijack a bus and get in a chase. What do they do? They make all the women on the bus strip naked and stand in front of the windows! Wahaha, I love it : )
Not to mention that this is all stuff that's on TV, I haven't even mentioned any of the "adult stuff" thats out there :p
