Ten more; given how we have allowed this thread to include bathhouse (onsen in Japan) and similar, may I assume the customary outside cold splash and run back inside are also acceptable?

as to further posts, how about showers/tubs in non-onsen bathhouses; in other words, how far away from strictly sauna before a different thread is appropriate?

Great work! i think everything you posted fits. i think the concept is "woman/women naked for the sake of spa-like activity." Skinny-dipping is more for the swimming, hot tub seems different somehow, can't put my finger on it. these are all fantastic. Any search tips?

Also, I personally find a little more story gratifying, especially story-as-told-in-earlier pictures. I like to feel liek a know a little of the character of the people invovled, or the setting at least. Do you have more of any of these sets, even if they're NN?

Thanks for the feedback, djustin! I looked back at the start of this thread, and think the more inclusive standard fits with its original intention, so I'll proceed on that basis. Generally I don't come across sets, so this one I found yesterday is unusual, and likely not something I could repeat, though that won't stop me from keeping an eye out. As to search tips, these pictures, as well as quite a few of the ones I've posted to this thread recently, come from the Russian "photofile" site; in addition to the advice pennywiseguy2 gave when I asked the same sort of question around the time he started posting here (the gist of which was "be willing to look through A LOT of pictures"), you might also look for the Cyrillic equivalent of "banya" when scanning album names. It's a perfectly natural form of nudity- after all, no better way to sauna than nude- and it's also semi-public but semi-private too.

above all, it's unbelivably cool.

I've been to a mixed nude sauna- and yes, it IS as good as it sounds.

However, if anyone knows of one, I'd suggest (as a good policy) DO NOT name the location, or the establishment.

Question-

In which countries is (mixed) nudity typical in saunas?

Germany, I know and I think some in Holland too,

Does anyone know what the feeling is in Latvian? I've done a websearch but mixed results- personal experiences are needed , thank you.

In Finland there's sauna in allmost every house and mixed nudity is pretty common , especially on summer cottages which many Finns have.

Cool- whats the policy in public saunas, and in hotel Saunas etc?

Usually there are saunas for women and men separately but mixed saunas do exist e.g in some spas.

Cool- I'm thinking too, in hotels where having two seperate Saunas isn't practical?

In Holland most of the sauna's are nude and mixed. Only those in sportclubs are mostly seperate male female.
Thank God I'm a Dutchman :p For 25 euro's a have a day with great view:eek:
