the lady in pink in the last photgraph is beautiful.

Where are these pictures taken, there can't be many places where the ladies are so relaxed about their dress or undress?

This fountain comes up often, here is the StreetView link to it (this forum software is utter shit with long links, sorry if it is broken) - it's north of the Kremlin on Maps, or what you would call directly in front of the Kremlin if you were there in real life, since the river south of the Kremlin is technically "behind" it. In Russia, they like to hang out on long summer evenings & drink there - alcohol is sold from little carts, and it's legal to drink in public:

The other very common fountains in these threads is a huge park, also in Moscow, where a huge number of wedding photographers take their clients. That is why you see so many women in glamorous clothing getting into those fountains. Sorry, don't have a StreetView link at the moment. I think I may have put it in a previous post answering this exact same question in this thread.
