Most of the time I find them on my own, but I did find my last serie thanks to user joeri73. He knows Picasa like his pocket, so i went looking to his picasa-links in the free sites section. Most of his links are topless babes on vacation, but then there was these... When u find these kind of pics it is better to download them and post them also on the one click chicks thread cause sometimes these kind of pics are removed by the administrator as cause of "violation blablabla" even when the pics aren't that bad.
