If you're curious, the device on her tits is called a Tower of Pain. It fits round her chest in the bra position and has a kinda screw jack with it's base on the chest bone between her tits. When the screw is tightened it pushes back against her chest so the black horizontal bar is forced away from her. That tightens the nipple clamps and increases the pinch on her nipples at the same time as as it stretches them forward. The dom / domme can set it just so, or start easy and ramp it up in stages.
