The trick is to take the Flickr Photo ID from the file name, 35310597865_9ba897914a_o.jpg, and put it into this link to find the original file on Flickr: flickr.com/photo.gne?id=(ID goes here)
The Photo ID is all the digits before the first underscore. You have to be logged in and configured to allow viewing adult/restricted content, or you might get a 404 error even though the photo is still on Flickr.

So in this case:
flickr.com/photo.gne?id=35310597865

Once you're at the photo's page on Flickr, you can see any albums or groups it's in, and even the people who faved it. If you get lucky, sometimes the people who faved a pic you like have a lot of other very interesting faves, sometimes even a whole streak of faves of the person you're looking for. This can be especially useful for events like the WNBR, which have a lot of enthusiasts on Flickr, and a lot of different photographers at the same event.

For example, Tink Mitchell, who may have been a user here in the past, but I'm sure I remember as a photographer from the 2000s, has that second photo favorited, and a whole lot of other WNBR pics, too.

Sadly, nothing else from 2016. On top of what I've posted, MJFest on Flickr has a few photos of her in more recent years and there's a couple of videos on YouTube from 2016 (they're part of a series called Cannabis Cam) that has her in the background a few times. It's an absolute shame there isn't more of her.
