I don't think it is intentional. It looks like he just has a hand under her to help keep her up. His hand, after all, is more under her thigh rather than on her butt.

I know the Bob Crane story is horrible at heart, but I'm fascinated by his picture collection. I remember ten or more years ago they were for sale over the internet for just a few hundred bucks. I should have picked them up! :(

I believe you can see clips from Bob Crane's private porn films (made on the actual sets, and using the actual props from Hogan's Heroes), on his son's website.
