So I remember a few years ago I watched a video on dailymotion. It was about a bunch of girls in a school yard protesting or something and they pissed off a teacher or principle or something. So he stripped a few of them and announced that all the guys in the school could do the same to any female student. Anyone have a name or link?

This is from Zenra de Chokuritsu Hokou (Walking Upright Naked) by Murasaki Syu.
