This site, I think, is to share legal content - which should include getting the permission of the people who appear in these films to publish their images on the net - not the videos of weirdos who surreptitiously film people just going about their own business. I go to Cap D'Agde a lot and I DO NOT give permission!

It is not allowed on the beaches at Cap D'Agde to secretly take pictures of any kind and anyone found doing it would have a big problem with the men on the beach - I also think it is illegal in France to publish such films. The people who take such films must be very sad to do this, only interested gratifying themselves and not thinking of the harm they can do. Slime-balls!

The publication of these videos, that have very obviously not been approved for publication by the people appearing in them, should be stopped by One Click as they could cause a lot of damage to individuals; these individuals may look to One Click for compensation. One Click should monitor all content on this forum to protect itself and the 'victims' of these sad, perverted, losers!

Your views are wrong - somebody walking around Cap D'Agde and mixing with like-minded people is not the same as some pervert taking illegal photos and videos, using a device that he (I am sure it is only males that do this) is too ashamed to openly use, and then post them on the internet for all the world to see.
I have relatives, work colleagues, children, clients and friends that I choose (that is my prerogative) not to share my interest in naturism or swinging with; for example, I am sure that if a video of me in one of these furtive and sly videos was shown around at my work I would be fired; what my family would say is difficult to imagine. It is not your right to impact other people's life just because you are a sad, sick, perverted, depraved loser - nothing personal of course.
I hope you are outed on the beach, don't drop you camera glasses whatever you do!

In many ways I have to agree with dgs7272, but, and there always one but, people have sex in a public place, which happens to be not allowed.
And here is where things get complicated ...as this is a question of law, the law in France says that it is forbidden to have sex in public places, period.

Just asking what country is hardly "where you live", and it was obviously only asked from the POV of being rather surprised that there is anywhere that you could get fired if your bosses became aware you are a naturist.

And as for photos/videos - if you are in a public place, then as a general rule, anybody can take whatever photos or videos they like, and do with them whatever they like.

The activities which are being filmed are the illegal acts (if done in public), not the filming of them. But (of course), most of us are not condemning these illegal acts, because we like to see them.

If you don't want photos or videos of you to appear, then don't do anything in a public place that would be likely to result in that. Simple really.

And there is also not much point berating people on here for the Lola videos, since they were not taken by anybody here, we just like to see them, and have posted links to copies of them.

Not in any place of work in Europe. It would be illegal to sack somebody for that sort of reason.

OCC are not responsible for these videos, and cannot possibly stop them.

They could stop all discussion of them or linking to copies of them if they really wanted to, but there are so many other places where such links are available that it would be pointless, particularly given that exhibitionism and voyeurism are two of the major themes of the website..

If you really want to get them stopped, then report urerotic.com to the authorities, since they are the ones who produce these videos (and many other voyeur videos).

Ok, this is incorrect:
- Pictures / videos in public in the naturist village are not allowed at all
- In France, pictures can be taken in public places [unless the persons in the picture actively disagree], but you cannot distribute the pictures without the consent of the people depicted if they are recognizable (droit à l'image, it is called); celebrities actually make a lot of money suing using this law (the "poor" tabloid publishers then whine it is a kind of salary for some of them - so sad ...)

That being said, that Lola series is really bad quality ... I don't think many people are actually interested in that, it really a small porn niche. Maybe not that big an issue.

And still another thread continues to rapidly decline. There is an old Australian saying " shitting in your own nest ". You guys are doing a great job of it.
