There is only one cap in that collage which comes from the gallery of Faporillo. In total, there are over 40 caps out there. The first place I found them referred to a broadcast of the entire performance on UK's Channel 4 about this time last year, but I cannot find any reference to that on the Channel 4 site

Thanks for the memory jog, booboo72; I remembered I'd dl'ed that, and thus where I'd seen at least a couple of the people in the above-linked attachments (compare the first below): there's a segment on Doris Urich, showing bits of a rehearsal and a performance of "More Than Naked."
