Years later she said she was uncomfortable showing her underwear, but rationalized it as being not much different than being in a bikini. It was a great scene (but a terrible film).

This picture is from a 1985 episode of a game show called Anything for Money. The premise of the show was that there were recorded segments in which an actor would approach a stranger and offer them money to perform some strange task, and in-studio contestants tried to win money by guessing whether or not the person would perform the stunt. In this case, the actor approached a woman and offered her money to sell him her pants right there in broad daylight. After the offer was increased several times, she finally agreed.

Judy Landers EUF, from the television show; BJ and the Bear (GiF). This is one of the best TV EUF scenes of all time, but it's only available in very low quality video. I saw a DVD set of the entire series for sale online years ago, but I don't know if it was an official release, or a bootleg. Does anyone have a better quality version of this scene?

There were several episodes of BJ featuring underwear-clad women (I'm not sure how many could properly be classified as EUF). These are the the ones I know about:

The original pilot movie for the show, titled "BJ and the Bear" (shown during the first season as two episodes under the title "The Foundlings."
BJ rescues some trafficked women. After their clothes get dirty freeing the truck from mud, we see at least one (Kristine DeBell) in her underwear as she changes.

S1E2 "Shine On"
A girl (Janet Louise Johnson aka Janet Julian) has to take her jeans off during a chase scene, and we get some quick panty shots.

S1E5 "Never Give a Trucker an Even Break"
A brief upskirt (Angela Aames) during a fight scene.

S3E1/2 "BJ and the Seven Lady Truckers" (Two hour season premiere broken into two episodes for reruns and syndication).

As far as I know, there has never been an official video release of the show, which accounts for the poor quality of the available scenes. Someone would have to convince NBCUniversal that they could make a profit off of this.

In this silly saga, a gang of campus cuties swipe a statue to embarrass their college rivals. By the end of the film, almost everyone is embarrassed as the struggle to hold on to the statue results in a battle royale where many of the girls either get their skirts lifted or torn off.

I can't remember a comedy where so many girls are reduced to stockings and undies! The fight starts about 14:20 and lasts for the last three minutes of the film. It's also worth watching the rest of the short as there are quite a few female pratfalls in skirts.

LOL, I subscribe to this YouTube channel, too. It's a pity that they didn't try to find a way to have Toby Wing lose more of her clothes.

Thanks Lotfw, but that's not the right clip. The clip I'm looking for is from a show called FrankTV. The premise of the skit is that Bill Clinton (played by Frank Caliendo) is so smooth, that he can literally charm the pants off anyone. The two women in the skit are talking to him (at separate times), and when he walks away, they realize that their pants are missing. I only saw it once, and the show never went into syndication. It was a good EUF, and it's almost impossible to find.

I'm not hopeful. I've been looking for it for years. Since it first aired, really. I thought someone would have posted it by now, but I guess nobody watched the show. It was actually pretty funny. Very similar to Madtv. Frank Caliendo does a great Bill Clinton impersonation (and his William Shatner is second to none).

It's Season 2, Episode 1 - Dead Man's Chest, which can be purchased for a few dollars on Youtube. I was curious based on the description so i decided to rent it.

For those who haven't seen it, someone steals her clothes while she's fishing something out of the river. Then she runs through a park and down the street. She gets to a friend's house and runs inside, only to find that the friend has a bunch of people over. Good EUF performance from the attractive Sarah Alexander. Of course this probably would've been more memorable if she wasn't still dressed pretty modestly. I've attached some screencaps.
