Unfortunately, you're basically beating your forehead against a wall attempting what you're attempting with the equipment you have. It looks like you've removed the exif so I can't see exactly what you're using for a camera but it looks like it may be captures from cell phone videos. Or just a low resolution cell phone camera. Either way, you will never ever get decent photos from a cell phone in the conditions where you're shooting. The "goods" are in shadows so the cell phone will never meter right and will also not focus in the right place for the same reason. And you can't control where it focuses. You need a proper camera and some instruction on how to use it. See Andy's advice on this thread for a start: https://forum.oneclickchicks.com/show...=194268&page=5

And to do things properly in your situations you really also need to use flash. Many of the fails that Tonto has posted on this thread would be successes with the use of extra light from a flash. A large accessory flash. If you're committed to the equipment you have now I highly recommend that you go find some Tonto-like park situations where there's much more light on your subjects.

Without trying to sound negative I'd just like to add my 2 cents worth, but please understand i'm not trying to put you down, but in my view you are taking on a very dangerous activity for very little return. To get "good" shots in this sort of thing you need balls of steel, it is something I would never try and I do have the right equipment. I am far too old to be spending time in gaol (yes, thats how it's spelt outside of America). But if that's your thing, go for it but be very very careful, and I hope you can run fast. Good luck.

While your concern is appreciated, it is completely unfounded. I've discussed this topic briefly in the Ranger Adventure thread, but David E says it so eloquently in the comments about one of his pics on Flickr (In case it's not clear from his Flickr, David is a master of the candid pantyless uppie, his images are often reposted without credit here on these forums):
https://www.flickr.com/photos/david_...7662778533811/
----
Bear_8 asks: "How do you do this without getting caught?"

David E answers: "It's simple : My camera is always visible. I never take sneaky photos . I photograph only what is visible to every one. If any one ever sees that I took their photo and asks me to delete it I do right there and then!"
----

Let me also offer you this thought to ponder (if you learn but a single useful thing from a porn forum in your life, let it be this):

>>> People sometimes believe what they are told, but people NEVER DOUBT what they CONCLUDE ON THEIR OWN. <<<

Leave your guilty conscience at home, go out as at tourist, dress as a tourist, and take hundreds of tourist pics. While you are taking all those tourist pics, a few upportunities will no doubt develop (film pun) if you hit the right locations, of which you can freely avail yourself, with little trouble or risk. In other situations, event photography might be more appropriate (car shows, air shows, music festivals that allow photography, etc), so you take 1000's of pics of the event, slipping in your up-shots as they arise. You know you are doing it right when people are asking you to take their pic with their camera, or even just randomly asking you to take their pic without ever having a way to get a copy for themselves. Likewise, if people wave you off, or tell you not to take their pic, then immediately stop & move on.

If you are doing it right, people conclude you are a tourist, event photog, photography student, whatever, and never doubt their conclusions. If you are doing it wrong... well, then you have a problem...
