This happened during Hulk Hogan's Hulkamania tour in 2009:

Lacey von Erich was managing Flair. She causes a distraction during the match by getting on the ring apron. Jimmy Hart was supposed to pull her off, but instead he (accidentally?) pulled her skirt and panties off completely. You can see it at around 0:24 seconds. Does anyone have any higher quality videos or pictures of this event?

I went on youtube a couple of months ago and typed up Traci Brooks pantsed. A video popped up where she was wrestling another female. Her opponent had her in a reverse bearhug. She broke free and attempted to run to the ropes. Her opponent grabbed her by her trunks to prevent the escape. Of course, it revealed her butt. She attempted to flee to all four courners only to have her opponent hold her by her trunks.

That video no longer is up. We need some detectives to find that and post it.
