man that's an old pic..from 1998
it's the Macquarie(Australia) University rowing team

first pic is slighty higher in res... I can't recall if it was spur of the moment, or they lost a bet.

I would think "Dames" would mean Notre Dame. Not too sure if they have a women's rugby team though. I know certain schools do, like the University of Michigan. Great picture though, too bad it isn't a higher resolution.
