Just to complete zoiks' post and answer to Klondike's request:
The language is greek indeed. The photoshopped person is a greek football (soccer) manager, named Nikos Kostenoglou, coach of AEK FC at that time, who is well known to be a faithful and loyal christian. He says (in a free translation):
Forgive me mother of God, but I have to keep the promise I made (to my players) to win Olympiakos.
The meaning is, he promised his players a party with the naked ladies, in order to win their opponent team, although it is a sin. :D
