Some people do ask me that and I don't share their photos. That would be stupid, they would know it was me. The people I'm trading with are on forums online, actively looking for people to trade with. They must know that if they trade their photos with 50 strangers some of those photos will get online. It's highly unlikely I'm the only one posting these specific pics.

As for reputation... stuff like this gets buried under the terabytes of porn the internet generates every day. The chance that one of 7 billion people in the world who happen to know the girl sees the picture is hardly significant. Even if they did, they aren't going to go posting it on her Facebook wall or anything.

If you take a look at a lot of the "young amateur" photos that get posted on these sites, it looks a lot like those were photos sent by young impressionable girls (many of whom look too young to be online) to their boyfriends, who then couldn't resist sharing them with their friends, friends who in turn post them online. It's naive to think that all those mirror self shots are from girls who are desperate to show themselves off to the whole world. Exhibitionists take dozens of photos... when you see only 2 or 3 photos per girl, it's unlikely they were exhibitionists.

I don't pretend it's morally ok, but this is a porn site... the morality bar is already lowered :)
