It's actually Candy Mejia, as vulcanize states plainly. Candy was at Terra Cotta in the early 2000's but she became more controversial as she delved into more sexually oriented things. She began to show up in soft porn publications and GlamourCon-type events, and eventually faded from public view.

Terra Cotta Inn As A Lifestyle/Swingers Resort
 

As someone who has been visiting the Terra Cotta Inn for the past fifteen years. I can with absolute conviction say that it is not a "swingers resort". The owners go to great lengths to discourage swingers including the vetting new clients before they initially book. A short read through its associated Tumblr and Twitter web pages would endorse that they do not wish to facilitate swinging.
Whilst I have little doubt that "lifestylers" visit the Terra Cotta Inn at various times, there is no overt sexual activity permitted and the hot tub is not a place for anything other than for clients to relax and chat. Of course some nudists are swingers just as some golf players are swingers but that doesn't mean that the golf clubs they are members of, are sex clubs or encourage and tolerate the activity.
My experience is that the Terra Cotta Inn is no more that a friendly, good quality and welcoming nudist resort and long may it stay that way.
