Parade

I am offended by the offerings of Irishboy on his own thread which seem to debase and insult the lady riders in the Solstice parade. I hope he moves on and doesn't further disrupt or upset the spirit and ethos of this memorable civic event.

What is so offensive? Some of the best photos of the event are his IMHO, all taken in the open public...Judging from the all the people thanking Irish for his work, your view is in the minority.

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't recall seeing photos of this girl thus far from the Fremont Parade...are there more out there?? [Photos off the bike and/or at the painting party in particular would be awesome, but hey, I'll take whatever I can get of her.]

If you don't like his work, don't look at it. It's as simple as that. Don't try to demonize a highly appreciated poster because his work cramps your style. I am grateful for all we can get and Irishboy's work is top notch as far as I'm concerned. Therefore I will not join you in your high horse quest, which seems to be going nowhere anyway. It is a great event where women ( as well as men unfortunately) choose to ride bikes naked and bodypainted. Great right?!

Yes it is! And no-one has a monopoly on posting pics or the right to exclude others to post pics. I'm grateful for your pics, but I'm just going to go ahead and say it: I wish you had the guts to take shots like Irishboy, because his work is awesome!

Not blind, but not looking in the right place. There was a bunch of shots of her right away, then nothing for a long time until the one you just posted. I'm a big fan of her, too, and if I find any shots that aren't on this thread, I'll be sure to post them.
