This is a one-page manga by a Japanese artist who uses the non-Japanese names Gugliemo and h-squad. The title is "Apology Conference." Gugliemo's press secretary is holding a press conference to announce that there has been a delay and his next manga will not be released at the scheduled time. The press reporters find this news very alarming. The press secretary strips naked and apologizes. Most of Gugliemo's work is copyrighted and intended for sale. This manga was posted free by Gugliemo on his pixiv.net page, and there was no indication of copyright on it..

What happen to that list of strip games in manga? The one with series names and chapters. Is there an updated version?

That "secretary" is actually the protagonist of the manga she is holding up.

So she got put into an ENF comic for her real ENF comic not being published on time. Kinda meta, actually.

Here's volumes 3 & 5 of Tennen Kakutou Shoujo Chihiro-chan. It includes the missing chapter 18 from vol. 3 and chapters 26 & 27 from vol. 5 that were missing from volume collections that was going around earlier.

I guess it's a bit upscaled though, as I've never ripped anything before.
