However perhaps all is not as it seems - from another review.

"As Salome, Isabella Nefar clearly did not wish to bear all. The final piece of clothing drops to reveal a kingsize merkin sitting on her pubis like a bear pelt. Surreal, yes, but totally appropriate to a piece of theatre where after a while you lose sight of what's going on."

I've seen it. The lady does have a thick triangle of pubic hair but whether it's a merkin or not is open to debate. She's downstage full frontal for quite a while.

Salome

I saw this production recently. I definitely think we're talking about a merkin. Still worthwhile though, although the play was pretty terrible.

The Graduate, Leeds

Has anyone seen The Graduate yet in Leeds? It stars Catherine McCormack from Braveheart. She was gorgeous in that film! There is always full frontal in the play so it must be well worth a visit.

Not seen it, but the website does say 'contains nudity'. Not sure what nudity though as I read an interview with the main actress who said she WON'T be going full frontal.

There is not always full frontal in that play. I saw a version in Brighton in around 2003 that only got as far as quite sturdy underwear.

It's amazing to me that California has a reputation for being among the most liberal places in the USA, but we never hear of these plays happening here.... dammit!

There has been full frontal in all the productions I have seen, including Katherine Turner in London, and Mrs Robinson definitely appears fully naked in the book and film.

I don't understand why directors allow actors to change the story of plays because of their modesty.

Publicity interviews indicate she will not be going naked.

STOP PRESS.......
This Sunday in Brighton in the UK (as part of the Brighton Fringe Festival) there is a FREE naked Cabaret performance (both performers and the audience will be fully Naked!) and any donations after the event will go the local WNBR event, being held a week later. You can search FB and see that there are several very attractive student age ladies going, not to mention those on stage. What a great way to spend a Sunday morning!

The photo was posted on their FB post, but I'm not sure these are Sunday's cast.

Why not pop along, with a camera or phone! To....
